Referring to the specifications chart found online, the Bajaj Pulsar
150NS is powered by a 149.5cc, four-stroke, single-cylinder and
air-cooled engine, which is a newly developed unit. The advanced unit
uses a four-valve per cylinder layout now, to increase efficiency and
enhance power. The new motor produces a maximum of 16.8bhp at 9,000rpm
and peak torque of 1.3kgm is produced at 7,500rpm. The Pulsar 150NS has a
fuel tank capacity of 12 litres now.
The Pulsar 150NS is also equipped with 17-inch wheels at both ends. For
braking duty, the bike makes use of a single disc brake upfront and a
drum brake setup does duty at the rear wheel. The Pulsar 150NS weighs
144kg now.
